Saw a post about french dip the other day and been waiting to have time to go to the store and make my own. Grilled an eye round indirect until 115, let cool so i could slice as thin as i can get with my knife. Cooked down an onion and then made the pre package au jus and then added the sliced beef until the rolls were toasty and topped with swiss and onions. Hit the spot.
